After an initial consultation to understand your requirements, we craft a customized service package and assign a dedicated professional to your account. You’ll enjoy direct communication and regular check-ins to ensure smooth collaboration every step of the way.

What are your hours of availability?
We operate during standard business hours (PST), Monday through Friday, with flexibility to accommodate urgent matters and various time zones. We observe all major holidays and are closed on those days. Typically, we respond to emails within 4–6 hours during business days, with response times adjusted according to your service package.
How do I get started?
Book your free consultation to discuss your business goals, challenges, and support needs. Based on our conversation, we’ll recommend a tailored service package and retainer plan that fits your workflow. If you agree to proceed, we’ll provide a service agreement and invoice—both of which must be completed before onboarding begins. Once confirmed, we’ll seamlessly integrate with your operations.
How do you ensure confidentiality and security?
We take confidentiality seriously. Every team member signs comprehensive confidentiality agreements. We use secure, encrypted communication tools and file-sharing platforms. Our experience spans sensitive sectors—including legal and healthcare—ensuring we meet industry-leading privacy and security standards.
Do you offer prorated services for mid-month starts?
Yes! If you begin your service mid-month, we prorate your hours and fees accordingly so you only pay for the time we work together. Your full monthly cycle will then begin on the 1st of the following month.
What happens if I use all my retainer hours before the month ends?
If you reach your monthly hour limit, you have flexible options! You can purchase additional packages or we can discuss a custom arrangement tailored to your needs. We’ll always notify you as you approach your limit to help you plan accordingly.
Do unused hours carry over to the next month?
No, unused hours do not roll over. This approach allows us to maintain consistent capacity and quality of service for all clients. Hours reset on the 1st of each month to ensure optimal resource planning.
When should I submit my work requests during the month?
To ensure quality and timely delivery, we recommend submitting tasks throughout the month rather than waiting until month-end. This allows us to dedicate proper attention and make any necessary revisions.
Requests submitted in the final days of the month may be scheduled for the following month based on availability. For time-sensitive or rush tasks, we offer expedited services with applicable rush rates—just notify us in advance.
What if it’s not the right fit?
We understand that not every partnership will be the perfect match—and that’s okay! At Yume Virtual Solutions, we value transparency and open communication. If at any point you feel the fit isn’t right, let us know, and we’ll review the agreement. Your business success is our priority—even if that means referring you elsewhere.
